What changes for players

Fusion: preserve spare inputs and your working roster before opening the new machine.
Boss: keep enough Cash to recover from an attempt while the current requirements and rewards are still undocumented.
Bug fixes: re-check a previously stuck action in a fresh server before assuming the old behavior remains.
